1.- PROMOTION ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company “Bolleras Viajeras” (Marta Borrachero Villar) with address at Rodetas 3 CP 28694 Madrid, Spain, identified with NIF 50745645D, organizes the nationwide draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”), to be carried out through the Internet, exclusive for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of the followers of the Bolleras Viajeras brand.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. and will end on Monday, January 9, at 11:59 p.m.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

- Men and women who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate.

- Only those people who own an Instagram account can participate.

 

The mechanics of the promotion will be as follows:

 

1. Follow the Instagram accounts of @bolleras_viajeras_

2. Comment on the giveaway publication post mentioning three women.

3. You can participate as many times as you want as long as different women are mentioned in the comments.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

There are two double prizes. The winners will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform or APP Draws. The winners will be announced on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 through the brand's social profiles.

The prize will consist of a double ticket to the FITUR Fair in Madrid for Saturday, January 21, 2023. You can go with the person you want (adult). Children under 10 years old enter for free. Two double tickets are drawn.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable and will be sent by email on January 21 to the email address indicated by the winners.

If you do not attend, your tickets will be lost. 

 

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered.

The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

The winner must agree to transfer image rights to the audiovisual material collected during the march.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTY

If it is evident that any of the Participants do not meet the requirements set out in the Bases or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion. 7.-EXONERATION OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes of the prize. you get from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

Instagram is also exempt from any liability regarding this giveaway.

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or undermine the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is developed.

10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
